Pet-Friendly Policy – Eagle Creek Lodge

At Eagle Creek Lodge, we welcome well-behaved dogs and want both pet owners and guests with allergies to enjoy an exceptional stay. To help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, the following policy applies:

Pet Policy

• Dogs are welcome (maximum of 2 dogs per reservation).
• All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Cats and other animals require prior approval.
• A standard cleaning fee applies to all reservations.
• Reservations with pets are subject to an additional Pet Cleaning Fee to provide enhanced allergen reduction and deep cleaning for future guests.

Pet House Rules

• Pets are not permitted on beds.
• Please keep pets off upholstered furniture unless covered with your own blanket.
• Do not use lodge towels to dry pets.
• Pets should not be left unattended unless securely crated.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste and supervising pets outdoors.
• Because the lodge is located in a rural setting with streams and abundant wildlife, pets should remain under their owner's control at all times.

Cleaning & Damage

Our Pet Cleaning Fee covers additional HEPA vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, lint and hair removal, odor treatment, and enhanced allergen-reduction cleaning throughout the lodge.

Normal pet hair is expected; however, excessive shedding, stains, odors, scratches, chewing, or damage requiring additional cleaning or repairs may result in additional charges.
